The McKenzie Project

The McKenzie Project is a Miami-based, Black trans-led nonprofit supporting transgender and gender-nonconforming people across South Florida.

Its work focuses on community support, housing stability, advocacy, health and wellbeing, with particular attention to Black trans women and others who can face added barriers when accessing services. The organisation also runs outreach, community programmes and practical support designed to help trans people feel safer, more connected and better supported.
