M Spa for Men - CLOSED

We hunted this place down, because it was walking distance from our hotel. However, what we found was a run-down hotel. There was a man sitting in the lobby while two small children playing on the floor. The place looked messy and dirty. We did not go in and there were no signs outside indicating M Spa for Men. We did not have a cell phone that worked in Vietnam, so we could not call the number.
