Small sauna & spa in Ipswich. Although not exclusively gay, Helsinki Health Spa is popular with gay men who enjoy relaxing in the sauna and steam room on the men-only nights.
There's a jacuzzi and lounge area, and massage services and beauty treatments are available. Men-only sessions take place every day except Friday afternoons, with Friday evening a mixed night.
