This Is It! is a gay bar and lounge located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, hosting regular drag events as well as karaoke, trivia quizzes, and DJ nights throughout the week.

This Is It! was established in 1968 and is the oldest, continually operating gay bar in Wisconsin. The bar is co-owned by RuPaul's Drag Race contestant and All-Stars winner Trixie Mattel.
