Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin

Opened in 2010, Sra Bua is a Thai-inspired cuisine by the renowned Henrik Yde Andersen whose Kiin Kiin Thai restaurant in Copenhagen holds a Michelin star.

Located at Siam Kempinski Hotel, the restaurant serves a set menu of innovative dishes, some of which you are unlikely to find anywhere else. Allow at least two hours to complete your culinary experience, and expect to pay at least 4,000 baht per person.

Do note that the kitchen closes after lunch and before dinner. The restaurant operates from 12:00 to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
