Schoppenstube - Closed

Translated in English as 'beer pub', Schoppenstube is not only Berlin's oldest gay bar (1963) but also East Berlin's only gay bar until the 1980's.  Located in the middle of Prenzlauer Berg, this friendly, local-feeling bar includes a cellar bar, hosts occasional parties and features dancing at weekends.  U2, Tram M1, M10 and Night Bus N2:  Eberswalder Straße
