Sauna Viriato - 閉鎖

I can confirm it is closed, I went there yesterday. The whole building is being turned into apartments for sale. Only one sauna left in Lisbon now, Trombeta, and that one has few mature men, it's mostly under 30 yo. If you really want Portuguese mature men near Lisbon, the only options now are the cruising woods in Queluz, the lower part of the parking of the national stadium or beach 19 in Caparica (in the summer).

A maior parte dos meus homens encontro-os ali. É verdade que a Sauna precisa de obras e uma remodelação seria de encarar mas é uma muito boa opção às "super" saunas restantes. Como coloquei no titulo é para os 40 em diante....e que homens lá aparecem!

Boa sauna mesmo no centro de Lisboa. mais movimento na parte de tarde, e ao domingo. Simpatico, boa onda. Servico medio...a precisar de uma obras.

This sauna had a small makeover and it's a bit better now. A bit more space and a bit cleaner. The audience is still mature men, many with lovely hairy bodies. In week days it's busier from 5pm to 8pm, in weekends it's busier after 5pm. The swimming pool is still a waste of space, since nobody dares to go inside it. The water looks ok (there were about 5 chlorine tablets inside it), but the swimming pool "walls" looked dirty (the low light doesn't help too). Some of the matresses inside the cabins had big tears in the fabric, but were usable. 12€ entrance price, and you get a pair of sleepers and 2 towels. There are 2 condoms inside each locker, but no lubricant. The towels could be bigger.

Ok. The place Is outdated and not hip. But I enjoy my visits because the real Portuguese men come here. If you like perfumed fitness guys that shave their body hair, go to the small Trombeta sauna in Barrio Alto. If you like men to be men, go here. Also more space to relax and watch television on a couch with a beer. Sometimes you have to Be a bit patiënt. But usuele enigheid people in the late afternoon.
