Samis Bar

Samis Bar is one of Athens' oldest gay bars, an old-school dive bar on Filis Street, near Larissa railway station and away from the city's main gay nightlife district in Gazi.

The bar attracts a mix of local gay men and international visitors, with music, drinks and a relaxed atmosphere. It also has a garden, a welcome feature for those who prefer somewhere to sit and socialize.

Samis is a more traditional alternative to Athens' larger gay clubs, with late-night opening, happy hours and occasional special events.
