Owned by the same gay team as Room Club The Bed Suite.  The contemporary-designed Residence Suites is located within a 500 m² private, air-conditioned villa next to Room Club hotel and very close to the gay beach.

There is a choice of 5 bedrooms within the villa including a jacuzzi suite, a deluxe suite with a private balcony and a two-bedroom suite.  WiFi is free, and guests have the use of a private swimming pool and sun terrace.
