Mont Rose Beach

The closest nudist beach to Marseille and one of the oldest gay beaches in France. Mont Rose Beach is popular with both tourists and locals.

It is quite rocky and more coast than beach, but the rocks make for a quiet, picturesque location and can be very exciting as the sun goes down. You certainly won't find many guys building sandcastles in the evening!

Take Bus 19 from the city (southbound, past Montredon) then walk to the beach. It's just below Avenue de la Madrague de Montredon.
