レッドハウス内に位置し、図書館、インターネットステーション、即時HIV/梅毒検査（ただし、外国人旅行者向けではありません）があります。月曜日は休館です。

The open hours are as follows:
Open day: from Tuesday to Sunday
Open hour: 18:00~23:00
We don't provide HIV and Syphilis test for foreign travelers.
