El Farallon

Overlooking the Pacific, the champagne terrace of El Farallon is the place to be at cocktail hour. Part of The Resort at Pedregal, this is one of the best and most upmarket places in Cabo. The food is divine, especially the catch of the day served on shaved ice.

They also have an excellent champagne and wine menu. This is the kind of joint where you could find yourself sitting next to Madonna or JLo. Advance booking recommended, particularly in peak season.
