Thon Hotel Opera has a perfect location right next to Oslo Central Station, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and getting to/from the airport.
The hotel offers a wide variety of rooms, from budget singles to spacious suites. All have a flat screen TV and free WiFi. Some have views of the Oslo fjord and the stunning new Opera House.
An extensive breakfast buffet include a good selection of fruit, vegetables, bread and cold cuts. The hotel has its own sauna, though you may be more interested in the nearby Club Hercules gay sauna.
