Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa

Hilton Chania Old Town Resort & Spa is scheduled to open in May 2026, bringing the Hilton brand back to Crete with a new luxury waterfront hotel in the historic city of Chania. Located directly by the sea and just steps from the Old Town and Venetian harbour, the resort places guests close to Chania’s historic streets, restaurants, and cultural landmarks.

The resort features 85 rooms and suites, each with a private balcony and its own private plunge pool. Many also offer views across the Aegean Sea, and some include private in-room saunas. Accommodation ranges from Junior and Mediterranean Suites to larger Presidential, Imperial, and Royal Suites, all designed with contemporary interiors and generous living space.

Facilities include the Céleste rooftop infinity pool and sky lounge, a rooftop botanical garden used for yoga and events, and a fully equipped fitness centre. The hotel also offers concierge and chauffeur services, eco bicycles for exploring Chania, and a conference and events centre with a ballroom and meeting spaces ideal for weddings, milestone events and meetings.

Dining venues include Poème de la Canée, a two-level waterfront dining bar with Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails, as well as the first in Greece Fauchon Café Pâtisserie, bringing the famous Parisian café experience to Chania. The hotel also features The C-Bar, a cigar lounge specialising in aged spirits. Guests can unwind at the L’Occitane en Provence Spa, offering treatment rooms, a daylight indoor pool, and relaxation areas.
