Great facilities. Central location.

Modern boutique hotel near the central train station yet far enough from the crowds. The Fleming's offers soundproof rooms with spacious, transparent-glass bathrooms, work desks and free WiFi.
We particularly like the onsite Finnish sauna, steam room and solarium. Fleming's Brasserie serves French cuisine, seafood & grill specialties and a large selection of international wines.
The hotel offers a great base from which to explore the city. Marienplatz and the gay nightlife around Sendlinger Tor station can be reached within 10 minutes.

Nice hotel, but gay friendly?
The hotel itself is very nice and has all comfort you need. But I would not rate the hotel as gay friendly because of the visitor demographics it attracts. During my stay there were a lot of arab families and elderly people there, one couple openly showing their discomfort about me and my partner. Might be my own perception and just bad luck, I dont know.
