The Copley is a boutique hotel and it's the oldest in Back Bay. You'll find many trendy shops and restaurants within a five-minute walking distance, as are gay bars like Club Cafe and Boston Eagle.
Copley Square Hotel is located in a historic building dating back to 1891. It's been newly renovated and the vibrant decor combines deep red and charcoal shades.
The rooms are high ceilinged and elegant. The Art Deco style complimenting the hotel's age. You may even learn something in the bathroom: the wallpaper reproduced a classic poem by Longfellow.
Complimentary drinks are served at Wine Down in the lobby between 5 and 6 pm.
