This new, very contemporary hotel is located within Rotterdam's Old Port area in front of the astonishing Cube House museum. But there is nothing old about the CitizenM.
The rooms are packed with special features such as a touchscreen tablet to control the lighting, TV and music system, free movies, WiFi, rain shower. The 24-hour café serves sandwiches, hot dishes, drinks and cocktails. A breakfast bar has great coffee and pastries.
Location-wise, the hotel is right next to Blaak train station and just a couple of minutes' train ride to downtown, Central Station and gay scene.
