An incredibly good-value 'serviced residence'. The modern, budget-priced, stylish studios and one-bedroom apartments vary in size, from 40-80 m².
Each room has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living area and bedroom. Features include a 40" satellite LCD TV, surround sound system, bathroom with separate shower, in-room safe, walk-in closet and balcony.
An extensive buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast area.
Baan K does not have a pool or sun terrace (and only a small gym), but Babylon Sauna with its fabulous facilities and other, more carnal, attractions are just a 10-minute walk away.
The gay bars and nightclubs in Silom can be reached in 10 minutes.
