If you are looking for a great-value apartment-style room near the popular Maspalamas sand dunes, then the Taboga is difficult to beat, being just across the road.
These large, self-catering apartments feature a full kitchen with microwave, toaster and coffee machine. There is an LCD TV and free WiFi, and fresh baguettes are delivered to your door in the morning! The resort also has a heated swimming pool and gardens.
The gay beach area at Hut 7 is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Nightlife-wise, the Taboga is about a 15-minute walk to the gay Yumbo Center. Limited availability, so book well in advance.
