An excellent choice for gay travelers on a budget. The lesbian-owned and very gay-friendly Alcove Bungalow is located on the Hinkong Bay beach, on the west coast of Koh Phangan. Thong Sala Pier and Haad Rin are 15-20 minutes away.
The Thai-style bungalows & villas are simply furnished and feature air conditioning, en suite bathroom with shower, free WiFi, TV, minibar and private balcony (with hammock).
The Alcove restaurant & cocktail bar is a destination in its own right, offering views of the sunset and the sea, and serving tasty French/Thai food along with a great selection of drinks and French wines.
