Adobe Rose Inn

The Adobe Rose Inn is a gay-owned bed and breakfast in Tucson’s historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, just two blocks from the University of Arizona. Originally built in the 1930s as an adobe home, the property has since been restored and expanded into a six-room inn with courtyards, patios, and a swimming pool.

Each room is unique, offering features such as kiva fireplaces, stained glass windows, writing desks, and Smart TVs with streaming services. Some rooms include mini-fridges, microwaves, or private balconies, while the Santa Rita Suite comes with a full kitchen and extra space for longer stays. Guests can also rent the entire inn as a vacation home for family getaways.

Common spaces include a cozy living room with a fireplace and snacks available throughout the day, along with outdoor patios for relaxing between activities. The location provides easy access to the university campus and downtown Tucson.

Breakfast is complimentary and served daily, starting with fresh fruit and followed by a rotating sweet or savory entrée. Dishes often feature a Southwestern twist, with options like tamales, baked French toast, and maple bacon.
