Capital City Pride 2026: dates, parade, headliners

Capital City PrideFest is back, happening from June 12-14, 2026! Typical activities at such events include live performances from local and sometimes national artists, booths from local businesses and community organizations. Overall, Capital Pride in Des Moines is the largest LGBTQ+ event in Iowa.

Capital City Pride Parade

Capital City Pride 2026 will be taking place in Des Moines, Iowa. The festivities will culminate in the Veridian Pride Parade, starting at 12:00 PM, processing down Grand Avenue.
